The Heart of the Art Festival is an
invitation to deepen into the dance, through an exploration of potent movement
modalities, offering an opportunity to investigate some of the most powerful
movement practices available in the Bay Area to allow you to explore your connection
to Spirit, the Self and the Dance. Can be experienced as a whole weekend, full
day, or individual classes as you choose.
SATURDAY NIGHT'S TRANCE
DANCE-JOURNEY MAY 22
Join us as we blend the ancient and the modern in this spicy spiritual adventure
& transcendental dance experience of the body, heart and soul. A shamanic
night walk and trance journey, the Serpent's Fire Initiation and ecstatic dance
ritual. The sacred marriage movement meditation and the heart quest through
the labyrinth of love.

and Land of the Blind, and Lakshmi Devi.
The Shamanic Trance Dance is at 8:30pm, Saturday. You can attend the weekend
(see below) or just the night's dance and journey for $15.
Workshops include: 5 Rhythyms, HalprinLife Art Exploration, Chakra Dance, BodyInAction, Authentic Movement, Body Tales, Yoga Dance, Trance Dance, Sweat Your Prayers, PiYo ( Pilates and Yoga), a Shamanic Trance&Dance \Journey, a Community Drum and Dance Jam, and an Improv Theater Performance.
Weekend Dancer pass is $100 /
Friday-Maps to ecstasy $45 /
Saturday full day $60/ Saturday Night journey event only $15
Sunday full day $50/
Friday night dance $10/
Individual classes are $10 per hour/
Saturday dinner $10/
Saturday evening improv. show is free !!/
Outdoor drum and Dance jam and Community BBQ is free
